Terms of Service

Referral Program Participation

Eligibility: Participation in the NeatNest referral program is open to all existing customers who have previously booked and completed a service with NeatNest.

Referral Process: To qualify for referral rewards, referrers must be a current NeatNest customer. Referrers must ensure that their name is mentioned by the referred party at the time of booking a service with NeatNest.

Reward Redemption: Referral rewards will be issued to eligible referrers once the referred party completes a service with NeatNest. Rewards may vary based on the number of successful referrals and current promotions.

Reward Limitations: Referral rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Rewards may be subject to expiration dates and additional terms and conditions.

General Terms

Modification of Program: NeatNest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be effective immediately upon posting on the NeatNest website or other official communication channels.

Fraudulent Activity: NeatNest reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or attempting to manipulate the referral process.

Limitation of Liability: NeatNest is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the referral program, including but not limited to referral rewards, unless such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
