What if the specific Maid service I require is not listed?

Please contact us with your request and we will endeavor to meet your requirements.

Can I reschedule my maid service?

Yes! You can reschedule your maid service. We ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice.

Will I have the same Maid on every visit?

This depends on the maid availability and scheduling. If you are a regular customer, we will try to schedule the same maid on each visit unless you are asking a replacement.

What Materials Do I Need To Provide?

Vacuum cleaner , Mop , Floor Cleaner , General Purpose Polish, Multipurpose Cleaning Spray , Bleach , Limescale Remover , Micro Fiber Cloths , Furniture Polish

Is my Maid employed by NeatNest Cleaning Services?

Yes, all of our maids employed by NeatNest Cleaning Services.

Do I have to sign up to a lengthy contract?

No!  However, if you want to use NeatNest Cleaning Services on a regular basis, we recommend you sign a service agreement. This will ensure maid availability and regular scheduling for your cleaning services.

Is there a minimum number of hours per Maid visit?

Yes. There is a Minimum of 2 and 4 hours depending on the service areas.

Can I specify when my Maid visits?

Yes!  Priority is given to our contract customers and maid availability.  

Which areas do you cover?

We currently cover Downtown , Business Bay , Jumeirah 1 , Jumeirah 2 , Jumeirah 3 , Greens and Views , Meadows , Springs , Jumeirah Island , The Lakes , Hattan , JVC , JVT , Jumeirah Park , Arabian Ranches , Sports City , IMPZ , Remeram , Mudon , Mira , Arjan , Marina , JBR , JLT , Al Barsha Heights , Dubai Internet City , Dubai Media City, Emirates Hills, Emirates Living , Knowledge Village , Palm Jumeirah , Silicon Oasis , Sheikh Zayed Road , Discovery Gardens ,The Gardens ,Q Point ,Nad Al Sheba,Studio City ,Al Barari ,Dubai Investment Park (DIP),Al Quoz,  and many more!  If your area is not listed, please contact us so we can add you to our growing list of customers!

How Do I Pay ?

You have two options: Paying cash to the crew member or paying online with your debit card or credit card. You can choose whichever is convenient to you.
